Hi, it is a company that sells many things, usually advertised on tele on the morning shows. I bought the Shark Vacuum cleaner and they threw in the steam mop free, I wasn't happy with something, I rang, they sent me a new, better version free post etc. My trade name is TV SHOP. Hope this helps.

It will be purchases you have made from the home shopping channel or those infomercials. You've possibly bought something on a 30 day free trial & then haven't returned it, so they start charging you for the remainder of the payments. Port Melbourne is just where the main company is.

If you really want something from one of these places you cannot give your card details. Instead buy (say from the Post Office shop) a "credit card" that you put the money onto and quote that number as its the same as a credit card number and that way you are in control! Yes I have been burnt too. I do not use Direct Debit by any company either as it puts someone else in charge of my money and it's been a problem before!
Can someone please help? I recently ordered (quite hastily) a shark steam mop through this company, I rang them Monday morning and said please dont start the direct debit until the Wednesday as i dont get paid until then, that was fine until i realised that i had over due bills that i had forgotten about, so I rang them back on Tuesday morning to cancel the order, which shouldnt have been a problem as it hadnt been processed yet. After being on hold for a long time and verifying my phone number numerous times, the young lady finally assured me that my order had been cancelled.My problem now is that they HAVE taken the deposit amount from my bank account and the darn thing is in the shipping process! I ranf them forst thing this morning and got told there is nothing they can do about it, the manager didnt want to talk to me ( he refused to listen to the call which would have been recorded when i rang to cancel) and the lady told me that i had to pay for the item to be sent back!! So now not only do i have to wait at least a month for my money back I have to PAY for the darn thing to be sent back also!I am not happy but I really need to find an email address or another phone number to speak to someone in authority, can you please help?
On the 19th February my bank account was debited $214.85 but no description was forthcoming. Please advise as to what goods this charge was made. Thank you- Peter
I want to thank TrishVB for putting up the number to call the sales people. I bought an aeropilates and found parts missing but when I tried to call the customer service number plastered across the 'owners manual' it wasn't even connected. So I've done a google search and found Trishvb's letter above and called on that number and have had some success.I won't say I was surprised to find difficulties with contact after sales, it kind of goes with the territory and I usually don't buy things from the TV but had a sleepless night and well....you know lol. I guess I felt like living dangerously lol.So anyway, thanks Trishvb and to anyone else, make a note of that number and let's make a late New Year's resolution NOT to buy anything off the tele in the wee hours of the morning again!
Just be aware that if you purchase something this way you will find it incredibly difficult to return it if it's not suitable or getting help if something is missing or broken. Mostly the telephone numbers are hidden or not included. Even the customer service number is discontinued.

This company royaly ripped me off , i am now stuck with an inferior steam mop[ after two attempts at getting the one i ordered....... they cannot supply cloths as requested are rude and vicious................ACCC complaint on the way...........
I am getting debited $43 dollars a month for the Instyler. since December! There was no 'free trial'. It was buy one get one free, if unsatisfied send back in 30 days. I set up 3 or 4 monthly payments to pay it off but its now june and I am still getting charged! wtf?
YES! this is very weird, i have just noticed various deductions off my credit card from them, and i have not purchased anything!

There was a big wave about this skin care products in England called Nur76 & around the whole world about its benefit as a skin lightener and how it rejuvenate & renew your skin & so on. Well I have tried it myself for 15weeks now and nothing happened, my skin especially my face was & is still the same with the Acne scars & pimples which was the number one result promised by Alim Muhamed(the developer). Please I am begging you not waste your hard earned money like me on these futile products which claims the perfect skin. I spent $380 on just face cream(serum, cream & SPF) and body lotion and I regret wasting such amount of money on such a scam. Please save your money and find home remedy - they are cheaper and safer for you. I hope you learn from my mistake.

I just found out I have a consumer guarantee under the law that over rides any limited guarantee they give. I can to claim a full refund including postage both ways because their pans don't work as promised or claimed.

Hi GuyI just ordered the same NON STICK for $250.00. Under Australian Consumer Law the company has to back up their promise, otherwise it is false advertising. It has been a week and I have still not received the products, I was told twice now that the products ship from Port Melbourne and so now have been told they are being shipped tomorrow. I will wait until they arrive and if they don't work will certainly make a claim for bait advertising, and false advertising under the applicable Act.If yours does not work, make a claim through the company first before going to ACL.
Update:1. Order placed for the set of pots that don't scratch on 5 Nov, told that products would be dispatched in few days;2. Credit card debit 6 Nov;3. Call TV Shop 1800 222 684 on 8 Nov as I had not received an invoice [still not received], the response was that products would be sent in 7 to 14 days from Port Melbourne Warehouse;4. A week later had still not received products and then I thought: If the product is coming from Port Melbourne and I live in Melbourne then it should not take so damn long; and so5. I called on 13 November 2013 and was told that the product was out of stock and that I should not receive in 5 to 7 business days;6. I then asked: who is the courier and they said Aust Post and told me to contact them if it does not arrive in 7 business days.7. My final comment was that I will not chase Australia Post and at end of 7 days I will cancel my order and expect a full refund immediately.Lets see how it turns out.

I ordered Total Gym XL on the 21st of October 2013 & was suppose to get 3 parcels because I got the Stonedine set & pull up bars & extras for free that is all I have received!! I have called 1800 222 684 every second day since & to be told it's under investigation from the Direct Freight company! I was told twice from customer service that they had lost the parcel! Credit card debited 17 Nov. and told that product would be dispatched on Thursdays or Fridays. bur today is Sunday and not delivered.And i don't understand 30days free trial. Hi it looks like I'm not the only one to have trouble with the TV shop. I got a quote for one price with payments at a set price when I realised they were charging more than agreed I rang them. They assured me they would fix and credit any over payments back. Every month for 7 months I have had ring them. I was told the payments finished October and just received a call saying my payment was due and had been declined. I got them to send a statement that didn't make any sense and said I was to pay a lot more than I agreed on. I have gone through all my statements from my credit card and what they say I have paid and what I have is very different. Nothing on their statement adds up. I would never ever buy anything from them again.
